he Division of Liver/Gastrointestinal Transplant at the University of Miami School of Medicine's DeWitt Daughtry Family Department of Surgery is home to one of the leading liver transplant programs in the southeastern United States, a reflection of the division's commitment to provide patients and their families with quality organ transplant and aftercare for more than two decades.

The division also serves as a regional referral center for South Florida, caring for patients from around the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.
